Contract Signing Ceremony between H.E Takeshi Yagi, Ambassador of Japan to Bhutan and Ms. Rigzin Padma Tsogyal, Founder Director of Draktsho. The Embassy of Japan,New Delhi has funded a project , construction of Draktsho East Centre in Tashigang, eastern region of Bhutan.This is Draktsho’s first ever construction project since its inception in 2001.
