Dasho Ugen Tshechup Dorji, the President of Bhutan Chamber of Commerce and Industry graced the occasion as the chief guest . People from different walks of life attended the event to view athletes with special needs compete in Olympic type of events . Everyone had the opportunity to express views, share stories ,experience joy,  happiness and victory . Participants included students from Chnagangkha Middle Secondary School, Ability Bhutan Society, Disabled People’s Association of Bhutan and Draktsho.
